Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Maintenance Department to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient aircraft operation.
•Ensure work complies with company policies/procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), quality procedures, and manufacturer-approved maintenance programs.
•Provide technical guidance to technicians on aircraft maintenance, engine configurations, and modification projects, including service bulletins and directives.
•Assure technicians are trained and schedule on-the-job and periodic technical training for assigned aircraft, engines, and modifications.
•Develop and maintain quality/safety processes, including SMS processes and safety program implementation within the maintenance organization.

Travel: Low travel

•Ability to diagnose and resolve aircraft maintenance technical problems.
•Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance technicians.
