Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, partnering with product and design to plan and execute the roadmap, delivering high-quality releases on time.
•Act as a hands-on technical leader with expertise in TypeScript, React, and/or Elixir, and own the software architecture for your domain.
•Champion the adoption of AI technologies and AI-assisted development workflows to speed delivery and raise engineering standards.
•Maintain high code quality, ensure security, performance, and reliability in production environments, and conduct code reviews.
•Support hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of engineers to grow the team and capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 200,000 - 300,000 annually

•DevOps practices including infrastructure management and deployments.
