Build and deploy large-scale user growth algorithms for BNPL and Cash Loan products across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities

•Solve growth challenges spanning funnel optimization, incentive strategy, and pricing by building global-scale systems for international payments and financial services.
•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of growth algorithms, from problem definition and modeling to experimentation, production deployment, and continuous iteration.
•Develop large-scale ML algorithms and user growth models for payment and financial products using AI, deep learning, and uplift modeling.
•Build AI-driven decision systems, including autonomous agents, that learn and adapt to execute growth strategies across global markets.
•Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and deliver measurable, scalable business impact.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with modern ML techniques such as statistical learning, deep learning, uplift modeling, or large-scale optimization.
•Strong analytical and logical reasoning to break down complex growth problems and design scalable algorithmic solutions.
•Experience (preferred) driving user growth in high-traffic environments (ads, digital marketing, recommendation systems, automated growth platforms) and fintech/financial services exposure.
