Safely and efficiently perform a range of warehouse operations to support internal and external customers, including receiving and shipping accuracy checks, inventory counts, pallet building/wrapping, and product handling. Use automation systems, voice pick and paper tickets, and warehouse management systems to verify and record materials. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, troubleshoot automation issues, follow safety and food-safety practices, and maintain a clean work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently perform warehouse operations including pulling, loading/unloading, sorting, staging/stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, replenishing, and reworking products/raw materials/packaging.
•Verify accuracy and quality of received products and shipped customer orders, including proper check-in/check-out record keeping (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs.
•Count goods returned to the plant (damaged/full/empty) and ensure accurate inventory counts and load outs.
•Operate and troubleshoot automation systems; perform basic cleaning and maintenance and identify machine faults/system errors.
•Safely operate warehouse material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jack, HSPA Claw, wrappers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler) and complete required safety/pre-trip checks while maintaining a clean, organized facility and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety rules.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•Computer/Human Machine Interface skills and the ability to interact with automation systems and systems/screens.
•Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills, including the ability to read and follow product labels and load ticket instructions.
•Ability to count large quantities of products/materials and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to hot/humid or cold weather conditions.
