Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute plans to maximize and measure distributor performance, aligning to regional and global business objectives.
  • •Manage a consistent set of KPIs, weekly bookings and POS forecasts, and stock rotation expectations.
  • •Lead contractual and other operational negotiations, including inventory and stocking discussions to satisfy program minimums.
  • •Drive distributor sell-in focus and lead quarterly business planning (QBP) with distributors and stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate and enable disti partner program compliance (including competence), manage MDF approvals and spend, and track value incentive rebate (VIR) targets while leading a virtual team.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education and/or significant distribution management experience.
  • •Relevant local language fluency as well as fluent English.
  • •Strong solution selling skills to communicate technology differentiators into the channel.
  • •Able and willing to travel regularly across the region (including some out-of-hours working).
  • •Strong relationship-building, presentation, AI and problem-solving skills; an influencer and leader with an optimistic, pragmatic approach.
