Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of recruiters supporting RMS hiring across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • •Own end-to-end RMS hiring strategy, forecasting demand, building pipelines, and reporting progress with data-backed communication.
  • •Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
  • •Set and maintain a high performance bar for recruiting team output, including sourcing activity, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer-acceptance rates.
  • •Serve as an expert in sourcing techniques and tools and coach the team to use them effectively.

  • •5+ years managing or mentoring a team of recruiters with accountability for time-sensitive, high-volume pipelines.
