Operate at the Release Train level as a senior DevOps-focused engineer, partnering across ~14 teams to elevate engineering consistency, quality, and maturity. Coach and influence teams to adopt standardized CI/CD, infrastructure, cloud, and containerization practices. Diagnose production service issues, advance roadmaps and community of practice forums, and help reduce toil by recommending improvements and championing AI-powered tooling.

•Partner with engineering teams across the Release Train to identify DevOps maturity gaps and drive targeted improvements.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot cross-functional production service issues.
•Define and champion standards, patterns, and best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure, cloud, and containerization.
•Guide teams to implement solutions independently to avoid dependency on the DevOps function.
•Evaluate and recommend tooling improvements that reduce toil and increase developer productivity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4 years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of degree and related experience.

•Deep experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GHE) and cloud-native patterns.
•Proficiency with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CDK.
