Job Summary

Technical Consultant within Docusign’s professional services, acting as the primary technical subject matter expert for customers and partners deploying the Agreement Cloud platform and eSignature solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical expert for customers and partners deploying Docusign Agreement Cloud and eSignature solutions
•Develop solutions for customers’ Agreement Cloud deployments using a variety of technologies and best practices
•Collaborate with Engagement Managers to scope additional use cases to drive adoption, renewal, and upsell
•Produce and manage client-facing documentation per Docusign’s implementation methodology
•Innovate and develop new cloud-based solutions across the full Docusign Agreement Cloud stack

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
•5+ years of experience directly with customers to understand business needs and applying technology solutions
•5+ years product or custom engineering development experience, working with code (C++, C# or Java, etc.), with SaaS products/platforms
•Demonstrated software development, advisory, and consultative expertise with SaaS technologies including XML (WSDL), REST, SOAP, Publisher/Listener architecture, and software technologies such as .NET, Java, PHP, Ruby
•Experience leading larger projects with multiple workstreams, resources, products and API middleware (e.g., Mulesoft)
