Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value customers across multiple bank branches.
  • •Proactively grow customer relationships using a disciplined sales process, pre-set appointments, calling, Centers of Influence, follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate customers and refer them to other areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies to deliver best-in-class service.
  • •Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales with emphasis on investment or lending.
  • •FINRA licensure: must hold 3 of 5 licenses active (Series 6 or 7; Series 63 or 66; State Life and Health Insurance License; SIE). If not already held, acquire remaining required licenses within 120 days of hire.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years customer service and sales in banking/financial services with emphasis on investment or business lending.
  • •Ability to drive sales and manage a book of business.
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
