Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the UPH solution’s daily performance (Dynatrace, server health, batch jobs) to ensure uptime.
  • •Provide Level 1/2 technical support: investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
  • •Assist with deploying application updates, patches, and configurations across testing and production.
  • •Run SQL queries to investigate data inconsistencies, extract reports, and support data integrity.
  • •Collaborate with infrastructure and business teams, and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
