Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead stakeholder discovery to define objectives, scope, success metrics, and requirements; translate needs into epics/features/user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
  • •Own backlog health and readiness by prioritizing with stakeholders, driving refinement, and ensuring stories are actionable for engineering and test teams.
  • •Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving throughput and predictability, removing blockers, and coaching Agile best practices.
  • •Represent delivery in cross-functional planning by communicating status, decisions, and tradeoffs for dependencies, sequencing, risks, and environment/release readiness.
  • •Support ROM estimates and release/deployment activities, and assist during critical incidents by coordinating information flow, tracking actions, and ensuring corrective actions are prioritized.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; or, if no relevant four-year degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience.
  • •5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Owner/Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar hybrid role supporting technology delivery.
  • •Strong ability to translate complex needs into high-quality Agile artifacts (epics/features/stories), including acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.
  • •Proven Scrum Master capability including facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
  • •Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them to identify IT possibilities and improve planning/delivery outcomes.
