Key Responsibilities

•Play a major role in the ideation, design, and architectural definition of Agentic GenAI solutions for the Claims domain, including user-facing applications and IT-side automation.
•Translate business and IT needs into GenAI solution blueprints, defining agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and guardrails for compliant AI use.
•Extend existing solutions to enhance scalability, robustness, and security, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud components.
•Analyze and monitor live solutions, assessing performance and platform evolution to align with business objectives.
•Design and develop architectural solutions using Java technologies to support the evolution towards cloud-based environments.

Key Requirements

•GenAI/Agentic AI architecture design and implementation (LLM orchestration, RAG patterns, multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain/AutoGen) and integration with enterprise systems.
•Hands-on Java-based architectural design and development for cloud-based environments.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and integration of diverse components.
•Degree in IT or Engineering with 4 to 6 years of relevant system design experience.
•Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
