Hyderabad-based Sales Operations Analyst will manage sales orders across regions, leveraging Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP to provide a single view of global sales activity. You’ll collaborate with Global Sales, Project Engineering, Logistics, Planning, and Finance to improve order management, accuracy, and process efficiency in a fast-paced energy tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, review, validate and modify the Sales Order in ERP.
•Validate and maintain Sales Orders related documents and tax exemption documents.
•Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) – Order Management.
•Create and modify Quotes in ERP (NetSuite).
•Create the Credit Forecast and monitor approvals/status to ensure timely completion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of experience
•Sound knowledge in Order Management with ERP (NetSuite/SAP) experience
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Advanced English
•Knowledge of Excel
