Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, and timely payment processing.
  • •Perform daily cash monitoring and bank reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies, including support for wire transfers and international payments.
  • •Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring correct capitalization and depreciation schedules per US GAAP.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for employee expense reports and reimbursements, and administer the corporate travel program.
  • •Prepare month-end close journal entries and supporting schedules, and support internal/external audits with organized documentation.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of relevant accounting or financial operations experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, cash reconciliation, and fixed asset accounting.
  • •Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving systems and processes.
  • •Experience with finance tools such as NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp, or similar; CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
