Key Responsibilities

  • •Pitch and demo Statista Connect to prospects and customers, building and iterating on demo agents, prompts, and workflows tailored to each use case.
  • •Guide customers from initial setup through advanced use cases using tailored prompts, agents, onboarding flows, documentation, and tutorials.
  • •Analyze product usage data, API analytics, and customer health scores to identify adoption blockers and expansion opportunities, and engage proactively.
  • •Support integration success by resolving blockers quickly, documenting best practices, and collaborating with engineering on technical challenges.
  • •Provide commercial support by identifying upsell/expansion opportunities and assisting sales teams with demos and technical storytelling for renewals and growth conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver energizing pitches and live demos to prospects and customers.
  • •Hands-on experience building agents, workflows, and prompts, with strong story-telling for business value.
  • •Experience with API solutions, data integrations, or developer tools; comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication (OAuth, API keys).
  • •Technical, customer-facing experience such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Developer Advocate, Technical Consultant, or pre-sales-oriented CS.
  • •Ability to use product usage data, API analytics, and customer health scores to guide adoption and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
