Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives and Regional Directors to progress multi-stakeholder opportunities from discovery through proof-of-concept and close.
  • •Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations across Higher Education, K12, further education, government, and corporate learning.
  • •Analyse customer goals and pain points to design solutions aligned to the customer’s ecosystem and long-term objectives.
  • •Analyse and respond to technical requirements in RFIs and RFPs to determine needed Instructure solutions, services, and partners.
  • •Address integration and deployment requirements (SIS interoperability, SSO/identity, APIs, data residency, hosting, security reviews, and compliance frameworks) and support post-sales handoff.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • •Applied understanding of teaching, instructional design, or education administration.
  • •Technical understanding of education technology, systems integration, SaaS, APIs, SSO/identity, student information systems, and cloud platforms.
  • •Demonstrable experience responding to RFIs and RFPs, ideally in government, enterprise, or large-scale education.
  • •Strong presentation and stakeholder-communication skills to guide senior stakeholders through complex evaluation decisions.
