Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery strategy and select appropriate delivery approach (agile/waterfall/hybrid) for enterprise program initiatives.
  • •Establish application project governance including steering cadence, decision forums, change control, RAID standards, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Drive portfolio alignment by managing dependencies across applications, integrations, data, and shared platforms.
  • •Lead discovery and requirements (workshops; functional and non-functional requirements), then coordinate delivery design, integrations, environments, and release planning.
  • •Manage UAT, defect triage, cutover, rollback planning, service transition (training/knowledge transfer/support model/SOPs), and hypercare with SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering programs/application projects with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional coordination
  • •15+ years preferred in delivering enterprise application implementations
  • •Lead application project governance and delivery (agile/waterfall/hybrid) across enterprise SaaS, integrations, and workflows
  • •Minimum Bachelors in IT plus PMP or PRINCE2, Agile certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe)
  • •Strong focus on program delivery controls, UAT and cutover readiness, and operational handover/service transition
