A&R Discovery Intern

Support artist discovery for TripleThreat, a new Create Music Group division, while gaining hands-on exposure to A&R, marketing, and digital rights. Conduct artist research using software and personal methods, gather data, and help pitch potential signings. Assist with marketing and digital rights tasks for the roster and support day-to-day administrative needs. Hybrid in Los Angeles, working 10–20 hours per week for a 3–4 month Summer/Fall 2026 term.
