Key Responsibilities

  • •Embodies a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and making an impact in their day.
  • •Accepts and accurately processes financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • •Resolves more complex client servicing issues as a resource to the team.
  • •Listens for financial wellness opportunities and provides customized recommendations; transitions clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Ensures compliance with audit/security procedures and manages cash drawer within balancing guidelines.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
