Job Summary

Use best practices in process engineering to solve complex technical problems and improve process engineering discipline outcomes. Serve as an expert resource to less experienced colleagues, applying conceptual methods, FEED, studies, and detailed design analysis across projects. Produce and review key deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and design reports, while interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines and supporting audits, queries, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses/design per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.
•Prepare and review detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures.
•Direct the engineering team as a Lead Engineer on small projects and guide less experienced engineers using discipline procedures and standards.
•Develop and check key process deliverables including process simulations/heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, safeguarding diagrams, and operating philosophy/manuals.
•Interface with all engineering disciplines to develop clash-free designs, raise/track technical queries and changes, and support audits and variation orders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
•8-15 years of oil and gas experience with a major contractor or consultants performing detail design.
•Strong knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and application of standards codes and guidelines.
•Experience across engineering disciplines and related groups such as fabrication, safety, document control, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
•Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society.
