Job Summary

Lead the Trust Hub Onboarding and Compliance product line end-to-end, shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap for Twilio’s KYC platform. Drive cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, sales, legal) to design, develop and launch registration experiences that meet strong KYC standards. Define metrics, analyze data to guide decisions, mentor junior PMs, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

•Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
•Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision.
•Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories.
•Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success.
•Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS.
•Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
•Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
