Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manual or semi-automated assembly of small components.
  • •Document processes and accurately record production data.
  • •Inspect components using microscopes, sensors, and other precision tools.
  • •Analyze data using JMP or other statistical analysis software to determine specification ranges.
  • •Prepare reports and propose process parameter specifications to improve quality and efficiency, including support for automated data acquisition systems.

Key Requirements

  • •General laboratory experience and technical skills.
  • •Ability to work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom Environment (CE).
  • •Strong data entry, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and statistical software (e.g., JMP).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
