Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain reproducible training and evaluation pipelines, including templates and tooling used by modelers.
  • •Introduce CI to ML work and ensure runs are genuinely comparable across code, configuration, and models.
  • •Maintain a model lifecycle registry from sandbox through production.
  • •Provide experiment tracking and logging so results are comparable and traceable across the team.
  • •Automate test runs by wiring on-device and hardware-in-the-loop testing and collecting results.

Key Requirements

  • •A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience, with strong hands-on experience in ML pipelines, CI, and reproducibility.
  • •Built and maintained ML pipelines, CI, and experiment tracking in a real production or research setting, converting manual flows into controlled, reproducible ones.
  • •Strong software engineering skills with Python, particularly for infrastructure needs.
  • •Experience wiring pipelines to on-device or hardware-in-the-loop testing is a plus.
  • •Systematic, reliability-minded, and service-oriented, with a pragmatic approach to reducing friction for the team.
