Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI product roadmap, use-case prioritization, delivery plan, budget, risks, and value realization.
  • •Lead and develop AI developers, Python and .NET developers, architects, and delivery partners.
  • •Provide technical direction for Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, semantic search, and document intelligence solutions.
  • •Establish reusable architecture, engineering standards, CI/CD, ML Ops/LLM Ops, testing, monitoring, and support practices.
  • •Drive production reliability, adoption, performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement with measurable success criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • •10+ years in application development, cloud, data, or AI, including 4+ years leading technical teams or AI/delivery functions
  • •Proven delivery of enterprise Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, search, or intelligent document solutions from concept to production
  • •Experience managing stakeholders, resources, partners, dependencies, risks, and measurable delivery outcomes
  • •Competence in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Agent Service, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture
