Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with sales-floor leadership and BCD to achieve branch KPIs and ensure seamless customer service.
  • •Support PRM services for Premier clients, ensuring continuity of customer service and delivering quality services to Premier customers.
  • •Identify service and business potentials and refer opportunities to PRM and other business lines to deepen customer relationships.
  • •Perform branch operational tasks excluding counter teller and cash services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism (e.g., account opening, transactions, documentation).
  • •Support operational needs such as mortgage loan processing tasks for PVA customers and other non-cash operations within the branch.

Key Requirements

  • •Education: university-level or above.
  • •Work experience in the financial industry.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • •Familiarity with banking regulations and financial industry systems; basic English communication ability preferred.
