Job Summary

Lead Netflix’s Account Coordinator contingent talent program within UCAN Account Management for a 12-month fixed-term role. Directly manage Account Coordinators across NYC and Toronto, set performance expectations, and drive onboarding, ramp, and structured feedback loops. Ensure coordinators are embedded with Account Management sales pods, maintain quality and SLA adherence, and own the operational playbook. Partner with Market Activation and Product teams to improve workflows across the pitch-to-pay cycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage a team of contingent Account Coordinators across US (NYC) and Canada (Toronto) markets.
•Serve as the primary point of contact with the contingent talent staffing team for resourcing, including extension/non-extension decisions.
•Set performance expectations and evaluate Account Coordinator performance on cadence across accuracy, SLA adherence, and workflow mastery.
•Drive onboarding and ramp for new Account Coordinators, coordinating with the Account Manager onboarding path and role-specific training.
•Own the operational playbook for the Account Coordinator role, including workflow documentation, escalation paths, and scope boundaries.

Salary: USD 230,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or campaign operations within digital media/advertising.
•Demonstrated experience managing teams or leading operational programs with a track record of holding people to high performance standards.
•Strong understanding of the digital advertising campaign lifecycle from media planning and IO creation through execution, billing, and reconciliation.
•Experience working with or managing contingent/contract workers; familiarity with staffing supplier models is a plus.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to manage across multiple pods, stakeholders, and competing priorities; comfortable escalating when needed.
