Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE each day, then use modern technology to access schedules and travel to patients’ homes.
  • •Build warm, patient-focused relationships while collecting relevant information and performing services in a comfortable, low-acuity manner.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, including proper labeling and coordinating lab or shipment drop-offs.
  • •Deliver additional diagnostic services such as diabetic retina images, diabetic foot screenings, ECGs, and retina exams.
  • •Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate care while operating autonomously.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
  • •Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • •Reliable transportation and ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
  • •Pass national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search; maintain state-required licensure/proof of training.
