Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE each day, then use modern technology to access schedules and travel to patients’ homes.
•Build warm, patient-focused relationships while collecting relevant information and performing services in a comfortable, low-acuity manner.
•Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, including proper labeling and coordinating lab or shipment drop-offs.
•Deliver additional diagnostic services such as diabetic retina images, diabetic foot screenings, ECGs, and retina exams.
•Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate care while operating autonomously.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
•Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
•Reliable transportation and ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
•Pass national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search; maintain state-required licensure/proof of training.
