Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Treasury COO with strategic materials, agendas, and pre-reads; synthesize inputs into decision-ready formats.
  • •Track and report progress against Treasury key priorities, surfacing key decisions or trade-offs for leadership attention.
  • •Enable execution by supporting resourcing, budget planning, and transformation initiatives, including the monthly refresh of Treasury budget and AI-built dashboards.
  • •Experiment with AI-assisted tools to prototype new workflows/dashboards and collaborate with AI champions on pilots and use-case tracking.
  • •Coordinate internal communications (town halls, training, recognition) and help implement process and control improvements; represent the COO office in Finance forums.

Salary: USD 98,160 - 147,240 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, treasury operations, business analytics, human capital, management consulting, or a COO/chief-of-staff function (any combination of roles is acceptable).
  • •Working knowledge of treasury/finance concepts such as liquidity, cash forecasting, and capital reporting.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, structured deliverables with strong critical thinking and stakeholder trust.
  • •Comfort coordinating across technical and business teams, with hands-on ability using Excel, AI-assisted tools, or no-code platforms to prototype quickly.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
