Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly close for international entities under US GAAP, including journal entry processing.
  • •Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly/quarterly flux analysis for international entities.
  • •Oversee local statutory audit and reporting requirements, coordinating with external auditors and bridging local and US GAAP reporting.
  • •Manage third-party accounting service providers for daily and month-end accounting operations.
  • •Partner with US corporate accounting, payroll, and tax teams; support entity setup/operationalization and global expansion; implement process improvements and AI-driven efficiency changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • •5+ years post-qualification experience in a high-growth multinational environment.
  • •Demonstrated technical expertise applying IFRS, FRS102, and US GAAP.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets for close and reconciliations.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment.
