Job Summary

Design and continuously improve the global payment system architecture, combining payments domain expertise with system architecture skills. Build disaster-tolerance and degradation strategies, including cross-region resilience to handle data-center failures while maintaining security and compliance. Analyze business process dependencies and peak-period bottlenecks (e.g., Double 11, Black Friday), and roll out new backend technologies and solutions through cross-team project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Iteratively upgrade global payment system architecture using payments domain knowledge and system architecture design capabilities.
•Develop disaster tolerance and degradation strategies for system components to ensure stability of services.
•Build cross-region disaster tolerance capabilities so the system can withstand data-center-level failures while meeting security and compliance requirements.
•Analyze business processes and dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and ensure stable operation during peak business periods like Double 11 and Black Friday.
•Introduce new technologies and solutions based on business needs and lead key cross-team projects through strong coordination and communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical background in software/system engineering, or equivalent experience.
•Programming experience with high concurrency and complex business systems/service management.
•Proficient in at least one backend language: C++, Java, Go, Python, or Shell.
•Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills.
•Positive, responsible, self-driven, and able to communicate and collaborate well with the team.
