Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations in accordance with SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Support continuous improvement and contribute to developing CIA direct reports.
  • •Maintain safe and clean work environment and ensure compliance with company and federally mandated regulations (Safety, OSHA, HazMat, DOT).
  • •Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure adherence to DC procedures and achieve production objectives.
  • •Conduct recruiting/selection participation, performance reviews, and corrective actions; lead training, skill development, and performance improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with professional verbal and written communication.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multitasking and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of WMS is desired.
