Key Responsibilities

  • •Own an end-to-end book of business for aerospace and defense accounts, serving as primary relationship owner for key programs and targets.
  • •Identify and engage OEMs and integrators, lead technical sales efforts, and manage full-cycle government contracting from engagement through program award.
  • •Develop and execute account plans aligned to annual revenue targets and maintain executive relationships across customer engineering, procurement, and program management.
  • •Guide customers through material qualification and program approval, coordinating internal resources for technical evaluations.
  • •Own demand planning and forecasting for assigned accounts, maintain 10x annual revenue pipeline coverage, and deliver monthly forecast plans aligned to production capacity and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive commercial/sales experience, including 5+ years focused on aerospace and defense or an adjacent industry.
  • •Demonstrated success managing long sales-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales and growing account revenue year over year.
  • •Industrial demand planning and forecasting experience in a manufacturing or industrial supply environment.
  • •CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales preferred; Salesforce.com or Hubspot acceptable) and strong aerospace/defense prime or defense agency relationships preferred.
