  • •Complete daily deadlines for reconciliation processing in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • •Resolve discrepancies by comparing internal transactions with external activity and analyzing breaks.
  • •Review and reconcile house account statements and client transactions, and apply accurate manual adjustments when needed.
  • •Provide high level service, support, and responsiveness, including effective communication with internal and external teams.
  • •Perform and review assigned month-end close responsibilities and prepare internal management reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum commerce graduate education.
  • •60–84 months of experience in reconciliation/finance-related work.
  • •Strong understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation fundamentals.
  • •Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to use multiple Excel formula functions.
