Key Responsibilities

•Own significant parts of the product as a founding engineer, working closely with the co-founders and engineering team.
•Work across the codebase, from spinning up infrastructure to building frontend experiences.
•Help build systems that turn unstructured text into useful structured data from non-traditional data streams.
•Develop preference-learning systems from sparse customer interactions to improve messaging.
•Build and scale outbound messaging infrastructure and expand outreach channels beyond email and phone.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually
