Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expertise to work-cell teams to efficiently resolve production issues and support responsible organizations in addressing problems.
  • •Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria; analyze and interpret data to identify root causes, corrective actions, and trends.
  • •Use tracking systems to document, communicate, and ensure resolution of production issues; coordinate multi-function meetings to resolve issues.
  • •Develop and support strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies and other applicable tools; work at the appropriate organizational level to implement plans.
  • •Support integrated scheduling, Ariba ordering and overhead spending, Adaptive Planning inputs, and operational tracking such as materials storage/consumption, calibrated tools, asset tags, and order fulfillment.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment.
