Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors for Applied, Unitary, and Service projects to ensure efficient site operations.
  • •Manage equipment delivery, site readiness, and installation progress; provide installation guidance and technical coordination for Trane-supplied equipment (chiller, airside, and other systems).
  • •Enforce strict HSE compliance, quality standards, and project regulations across all workflows.
  • •Support commissioning, testing, and site issue resolution for chiller, airside, and air conditioner systems.
  • •Coordinate urgent service support and manage defects, punch lists, and warranty issues; monitor progress/risk and prepare progress updates and site reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or a related major.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering workflows, quality control, and site safety regulations.
  • •Knowledge and experience installing chiller, airside, and HVAC equipment and managing site practices.
  • •5+ years of experience in HVAC project execution, site coordination, equipment installation, or fulfillment.
  • •Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills; English fluency preferred.
