Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the integrated Sales Tools narrative connecting strategy, roadmap, investments, delivery, pilots, colleague experience, and business impact.
  • •Build and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy defining audiences, objectives, channels, cadence, and feedback loops.
  • •Develop reusable presentations, talking points, and core content, and produce executive-ready communications.
  • •Partner with Product Management and communications teams to enable frontline reach and connect feedback sources into a listening model.
  • •Enable change, adoption, and continuous improvement by planning launch and pilot communications, measuring effectiveness, and refining the engagement roadmap.
