Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker and trusted advisor, building an ongoing relationship with clients through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, document information, and deliver or refer investment and insurance solutions, while maintaining compliance and supporting branch operations. Develop referral pipelines using internal/external centers of influence, collaborate with branch and line-of-business partners, and help drive sales and referral goals for clients with up to $2M in investable assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying/developing centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitor offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller-line assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking (required).
•Interpersonal interaction skills and the ability to build rapport quickly (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
