Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer goals and recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products. Accurately process transactions, balance daily, and resolve issues while providing exemplary service. Educate customers on consumer deposit products, follow a disciplined sales process, and refer customers to other bank areas while adhering to operational, risk, security, and regulatory policies.
