Key Responsibilities

  • •Train all new assemblers to the Packaging team.
  • •Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
  • •Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips, and other fastening devices during assembly.
  • •Work under close supervision using models, samples, or simple diagrams.
  • •Support Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives, including 5-S, layered audits, OEE boards, and Kaizen events.
