Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily monitoring and settlement processing for domestic, regional, and international markets across multiple product types, ensuring quality client service delivery.
  • •Handle complex settlement transactions by receiving and validating client and market/sub-custodian instructions and ensuring timely matching and settlement.
  • •Communicate with stakeholders (clients, counterparties, markets, sub-custodians, brokers, agents, depositories, brokers/issuers) and respond to internal/external queries with clear settlement information aligned to market rules.
  • •Validate and process SWIFT-related settlement instructions/messages and complete second-level SWIFT generation/authorization workflows.
  • •Execute cash/FX and position reconciliation activities, monitor risk indicators/KPIs/KRIs, adhere to controls/compliance/audit standards, and support systems/process upgrades and SLA implementation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years related work experience).
  • •5+ years’ experience in security services and/or back-office operations, including managing securities settlements/corporate actions.
  • •Solid understanding of security services operations and related accounting activity.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising controls and risk parameters.
