Job Summary

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine maintenance data entry and withdrawal to keep production and profitability on track.
  • •Maintain equipment statistics and prepare maintenance reports with high-quality, accurate data.
  • •Procure warehouse stock in line with maintenance needs and part life spans.
  • •Implement and refine a process-based maintenance program; monitor and review standards and performance guidelines.
  • •Inspect equipment and work areas before work starts and promote/observe safety procedures while collaborating with the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of fixed maintenance with strong attention to detail.
  • •Experience with maintenance trade school and planning/scheduling for fixed equipment.
  • •Ability to use a Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMS).
  • •Experience making decisions based on part life spans and balancing cost, quality, and availability.
  • •Ability to work independently on a remote island and resolve problems in a timely manner.
