Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage dealer incentive and bonus programs, including scheme validation, performance analysis, calculation, and payment reconciliation.
  • •Support dealer bonus calculations, validation processes, and payment reconciliation.
  • •Monitor and analyze dealer and network performance through key sales KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Provide actionable insights to regional managers and support special sales initiatives by assessing strategy effectiveness and translating findings into recommendations.
  • •Automate recurring reporting, support sales and regional teams with ad hoc analyses, and assist with sales allocation and order planning processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling) and experience handling large datasets with data quality.
  • •Proficiency in Power BI and business intelligence reporting; SQL familiarity is considered a plus.
