Job Summary

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to ensure parts are delivered on time. Partner with engineering and manufacturing to determine best sources, support strategic sourcing initiatives, and make/buy decisions. Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement by analyzing supplier and delivery data, generating insights, and resolving downstream issues across receiving, finance, and accounting. Own and manage production work orders while working closely with a fast-paced team supporting advanced defense technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
•3+ years of purchasing experience, including technical procurement.
•Experience with Excel and Oracle (or a similar ERP system).
•Excellent documentation, communication, relationship management, and decision-making judgment.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
