Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the IT partner to gather requirements and align data products to business goals with best-in-class data solutions.
  • •Support the analytics lifecycle, including requirements gathering, refinement, prioritization, and alignment of data modeling to reporting and advanced analytics delivery.
  • •Develop and communicate IT analytics strategies and technical roadmaps with business and IT leadership.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver scalable, strategic solutions that meet business needs, including multi-business technology solutions.
  • •Provide work leadership and direction to junior analysts and collaborate with vendors to align functionality roadmaps with business initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Information Systems or related area with proven experience as a business analyst.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical area.
  • •In-depth understanding of IT standards and controls, including Kimball data modeling and medallion raw-clean-curated architecture.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery (or similar cloud technologies), plus Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • •Experience developing and communicating an application/capability roadmap and strong written/verbal presentation skills to translate technical information for diverse stakeholders.
