Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and track enforcement performance against key metrics to identify gaps and improvements.
  • •Analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable enforcement strategies for cross-functional teams.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and implement strategies to reduce potentially harmful content on the platform.
  • •Develop enforcement signals and refine moderation strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • •Collaborate across policy, product, engineering, research, operations, legal, and PR to evolve safety strategies, including proactive/reactive automated enforcement and training improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, political science, law, economics, behavioral sciences, or a related field.
  • •3 years of experience in Trust and Safety with exposure to child safety, policy enforcement, and policy development.
  • •Strong understanding of automation, model policy frameworks, and enforcement metrics.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis to inform and optimize enforcement strategies.
  • •Ability to exercise sound judgment and communicate effectively across teams and time zones.
