Own enforcement strategy for child safety and exploitation-related content within TikTok’s Trust & Safety Video Policy team. Track enforcement effectiveness using key metrics, analyze data to define actionable improvements, and develop moderation signals and scalable workflows. Partner across policy, product, engineering, research, operations, legal, and PR to refine training, advance proactive/reactive enforcement beyond human review, and reduce harmful content presence globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and track enforcement performance against key metrics to identify gaps and improvements.
•Analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable enforcement strategies for cross-functional teams.
•Identify, prioritize, and implement strategies to reduce potentially harmful content on the platform.
•Develop enforcement signals and refine moderation strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
•Collaborate across policy, product, engineering, research, operations, legal, and PR to evolve safety strategies, including proactive/reactive automated enforcement and training improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, political science, law, economics, behavioral sciences, or a related field.
•3 years of experience in Trust and Safety with exposure to child safety, policy enforcement, and policy development.
•Strong understanding of automation, model policy frameworks, and enforcement metrics.
•Proficiency in data analysis to inform and optimize enforcement strategies.
•Ability to exercise sound judgment and communicate effectively across teams and time zones.

Experience:3+ yearsTrust and safety

Education:Bachelor's in public policy, political science, law, economics, behavioral sciences (or related field)
