Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from initial negotiation through claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, helping build settlement structures and eligibility criteria while drafting, reviewing, and finalizing settlement documents. Oversee claims administration and workflow, manage teams of nurse paralegals and attorneys, and perform data analysis to monitor values, trends, and reporting/compliance obligations.
