Job Summary

Lead identity lifecycle and privileged access engineering across enterprise IAM and cloud identity platforms. Own complex SailPoint IGA and CyberArk PAM integrations, design Entra ID identity flows, and architect PKI/certificate automation. Tackle Tier-3 escalations, perform root-cause remediation, and strengthen governance through access reviews and audit evidence. Build repeatable provisioning patterns using SCIM/SAML/OIDC, PowerShell/Python, and Terraform-style infrastructure automation, while mentoring L2/L1 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical ownership of user lifecycle and entitlement engineering across Active Directory, Entra ID, SaaS apps, and custom systems.
•Lead SailPoint IGA work including connector design, provisioning policies, role engineering, reconciliation, and certification campaigns.
•Own CyberArk PAM stewardship: onboarding targets, vault policies, credential rotation, and privileged session controls.
•Architect and operate PKI and certificate lifecycle automation for service identities and TLS endpoints.
•Drive Tier-3 incident response and root-cause remediation for provisioning failures; implement durable fixes and reduce recurrence.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on IAM experience in provisioning and identity engineering with progressive responsibility.
•Proven implementation experience with SailPoint IGA and CyberArk PAM.
•Deep operational knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD and identity synchronization patterns.
•Strong PKI fundamentals with hands-on certificate lifecycle and automation experience.
•Proficiency with identity protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA) and advanced scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) plus Terraform or CloudFormation.
