Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise-critical pursuits (>$20M) and develop winning capture and client positioning strategies.
  • •Drive integrated capture strategies to improve capture and win rates and secure transformative programs.
  • •Build and nurture client relationships, develop opportunity pipelines, and position AECOM solutions (including ESG, digitalisation, and equity-focused initiatives).
  • •Coach and mentor capture and work-winning teams, support pursuit strategy meetings, and guide client engagement and presentations.
  • •Champion the full sales process lifecycle with quality assurance and Green Light Analysis/Go-No-Go rigor, coordinating with growth enabler functions and ensuring compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing and aligning critical pursuit capture strategy with business targets and growth strategy as an industry expert.
  • •Proven track record leading strategic, complex pursuit strategies (NSR > £20m) across multi-disciplinary and multi-locational teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational levels and lead large, diverse pursuit/capture teams.
  • •Strong leadership in facilitating collaborative workshops with diverse teams and an inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • •Experience showing sales production metrics, business development strategy, team leadership, client discovery, and value proposition development.
