Job Summary

Shape a brand-new post-sales function in the Customer Experience org by serving as the technical expert for existing customers. You’ll untangle integrations, solve configuration challenges, run tailored demos/workshops, and deliver technical proposals and API workshop content. Partner with CSMs, Account Managers, Onboarding, and closely with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and close technical gaps that drive churn risk.

•Serve as a go-to technical resource by untangling integrations and resolving configuration challenges.

•Strong diagnostic instincts to identify root causes quickly and turn them into clear customer solutions.
•Ability to prioritize across a portfolio of accounts at different stages of risk.
